Service Org Engagements
Our engagements typically involve all, or some of, an assessment of the organisation, briefings for senior leadership and other stakeholders, training, support for service planning, and advisory and coaching for leaders and individuals involved in service leadership and delivery.
It usually starts with developing a shared understanding of what it really means to be more service-oriented, what that looks like in your organisation, and what that gets you that is currently hard or out of reach.
Of course no organisation is quite the same, or at the same stage, or does the same things. There isn’t a one size fits all approach either. That said, there are some common approaches, habits and principles that really help move an organisation from operating as silos to delivering better services as a whole.
How we work
Our approach is not to ‘do change’ for you, nor to ‘land and expand’. But to support you and your teams in short, important, impactful ways to do the work yourself.
If you need more, or longer term support than we can offer, we are developing a network of consultancies and coaches that we know and trust and can put you in touch.
Being service-oriented is not a ‘silver bullet’ and it is not the only approach. It doesn’t give the answer to everything, or pretend that it’s easy. But it does give sensible steps to close the gap between what we do inside our organisations and the impact and success of that in the outside world. And as industry heavy weights who have done this in many different types of organisation, we can help you get more quickly to the right approach for you.
