The Service Org Leadership Workshop is designed to:

  1. Establish what organising for more successful services really means for your organisation and its leadership and teams

  2. Demonstrate the benefits and outcomes you can get with examples and case studies that show that while hard, it is possible for other organisations like yours

  3. Show what you get as a result: which valuable problems it solves, the new competencies and habits it develops, and what your organisation will be able to do that was much harder or even impossible before

  4. Give you the means to assess your own organisation and make a plan to deliver better outcomes from your services, that feels realistic and achievable, no matter where you’re starting from

  6. The role of leadership in moving to service-oriented

  7. Tools and approaches to inspire, navigate and acclerate the changes required and to avoid the mistakes made by others

Why it works

This workshop is based on hard won experience from dozens of large, complex organisations and services. It’s based on real case studies and gives you very practical tools and approaches. We share tailored, candid advice and feedback to help you to constructively challenge and evolve the defaults and status quo. Our goal is that you come away inspired and with a clear view, benefiting from rich discussion, and now able to plan and put this into action. Because how services are operated successfully as a whole, is quite different to how most organisations and teams that are structured into silos operate.
